Renovation of existing 10-bed Post Partum Unit on 4th floor. Area of work is approximately 13,900 SF. New layout provides 15 Patient Rooms (including 3 Labor Delivery Recovery Rooms), 8 offices, 4 on-call rooms, medicine room, waiting room, toilets, etc. Scope of work includes replacement of nurse station, replacement of ceilings in the unit area, new sprinklers.
