NYCHA Replacement of Boilers and Water Heaters at Rangel Houses, 159-16 Harlem River Drive, New York, NY
Project scope:
– Replacement of existing 1350 BHP boiler plant.
– New boiler plant consists of Four (4) new low-pressure steam, scotch marine type, gas fired boiler (1400 BHP), burners including low NOX FGR connections and controls, complete with operating controls, skid supports and attachments.
– Design of all new piping inside boiler room
– Design of new combustion air fan and controls
– Design of new feedwater tanks and vacuum pumps
– Design of new breeching and chimney for low pressure steam boilers and condensing hot water heaters.
– Ventilation and heating of common areas.
