NYCHA Bay View Houses Exterior Restoration and Roofing Replacement, 9820 – 9900 Seaview Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11236
The project area is located near Seaview Avenue and Shore Parkway, stretching from Rockaway Boulevard and East 102nd Street.The work includes restoration of the brick masonry façades and roofing replacement of 23 existing 8-story residential buildings and the management building. For these sixty year old buildings the roofing replacement involves the complete removal of the existing roofing system and insulation, replacing with a liquid applied roofing system new insulation up to date with the current NYC Energy Code.
