NYCHA Bay View Houses Exterior Restoration and Roofing Replacement, 9820 – 9900 Seaview Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11236

RO was contracted to perform Building Envelope Inspections on buildings in Ravenswood, Kingsborough, Kings- borough Extension, Cooper Park, Baisley and Carlton Manor Developments in New York City and provided detailed reports to NYCHA including photographs, CAD drawings and cost estimates for the restoration and replacement of all deteriorated and unsafe conditions. Based on a consensus, drawings and specifications for the necessary work were developed.
Project is currently under construction.
