We specialize in exterior restoration, however we maintain a broad focus.
RO Engineers & Architects, PC has completed more than 300 projects including public and government facilities, schools, libraries, hospitals, residential cooperatives and condominiums, office and retail spaces and sports facilities.
Our team consists of licensed architectural, structural and MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) engineers. We are specialists in New York City building codes and regulations, and are experienced with energy efficient design strategies to comply with LEED and Energy Star. Our staff certifications include LEED AP, Certified Building Commissioning Professionals, Certified Energy Managers, and Multifamily Building Analysts.
As architects we guide our clients through the entire design process from schematic design to design development and construction documents in coordination with our structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection departments. During site construction administration, as the owners representative, we verify compliance with the construction building permit drawings and technical specifications.
